Madden will dominate in 2020. Bloomie won't dominate. He is always a threat, but he will not return to the man to beat IMO. IF he keeps Madden which he should, Madden will win at least half the races.
I really do not like seeing anyone win half the races, but then again, I have no say. LOLOL
