Why don't they get 1 more week in the contract, have a stock car 4 banger sport mod weekend. It would really help the track out. The extra track work would settle it out. Even if they just races during the week. People would spend a week there in winter.

No offense to the drivers in those classes, but there is no way they sell enough tickets to offset the costs.

yea nothing against those racers but the only people in the stands would be family and friends. people aren't driving 5,6,7+ hours and getting hotels for the entire week to watch 4 bangers and stocks.

I don’t see how they keep getting return of a lot of the cars until the ruts of biblical proportion are eliminated. Clearly it’s the type of dirt used. It happens every year. It’s not like Kevin and his bunch don’t know how to prep a track. Somehow the dome powers to be are going to have to be convinced they need better clay. Anybody who ran laps on that is spending a boat load of $ to repair their cars, and they will remember that next time their entry forms come in the mailbox.
