    ** Bubba raceway park?**

What's the latest scoop on Bubba? It was always a great track to catch after Eastbay on the way to Valousa?

Apparently BRP is still in operation under the same management as in years past. USAC has 7 national events (2 National Midgets & 3 National Sprint Cars) scheduled in mid February of 2020. Don't know any of the details but it's obvious, according to the news reports of the past 7 or 8 months, that the present owner/management is on some shaky financial ground. Hopefully they get themselves on firmer business footing in the future. It would be a real shame for the place to shut down and fade away. It's a nice facility and a unique and racy track and the crowds have been very good at the February events we've attended in years past.

Lucas only raced there 3 times.
      2020 race count:
      1/2 of an event

The WoO ran there a handful of years before Lucas did. IIRC, it was between Screven and Volusia.

Agreed, we went down in 2018 for the USAC National Sprint shows and that was one of the nicer facilities we've ever been to. Not a Fan of Bubba the radio personality, he seems like a real-life scum bag, but the track is very good.
