I know time flies when you're having fun, but Jimmy Mars last won the North South in 2009.

Berck was impressive that night, but IIRC he did not lap Moyer that was the only car he didn't lap but did lap everyone else.

Mine would be 2013 Gumbo Nationals when Bub McCool stormed through the field passing 20 cars in 25 laps took the lead and won and then cussing out Thrash in victory lane for putting him at rear of field.

Yes the one where Rico flipped at Dodge Co fairgrounds and came back to win was a good one. The crowd got louder with each car he passed as people began to realize what was going on. Crowd went crazy when he passed for the lead.

Another one was at East Bay around 20 years ago. Ray Cook I believe started 24th (good thing about 4m is there's always an expert that will correct you) and went on to win the feature. That was back in the days of 80 car fields jam packed with talent.

He's my buddy but Epjs win at the dirt million was pretty impressive. Survived a crash and pitted 5 or 6 times during the race and still won!

The North Texas track is Royse City High School now. I think their track is the old track even. I remember passing by the track a few times, but never went to a race there.
