I was born, and spent my toddler years, on military bases, and my entire adulthood I’ve been 95% city boy — but ... both my parents and a lot of our family are from eastern Kentucky. I grew up hearing “sigogglin” on a regular basis, usually in my dad’s carpentry or mechanical references. But I hadn’t heard or seen it in probably 30 years until now lol. Thank you for bringing me back to those days. I love it.

Speaking of phrases,they've gussied up the Mastersbilt shop quite a bit. We took US 31 up the Indiana country side on our way to the Eldora Million in 2001,and then cut across to Brownstown and walked around the track. Beautiful country!

I used to work over in Southern Indiana, the road from Brownstown to Austin/Crothersville (I think IN 250) was always a fun one in a ride with decent suspension and a manual. I miss working over that way; good times.

New state record largemouth just got caught down thataway, think it was from Harlan. Me and the wife rolled up 119 coming back from Asheville to WV a few years back. They’ve got a little more Highway done between Cumberland and Whitesburg; still twisty road from Oven Fork over the mountain though.
