It was a joke. I got friends that went. One called on the way home. Said it was awful.

We put this race on for about an hour yesterday afternoon -- and then turned it off. First time I've ever turned a DOD race off before it was completed. After making our annual visit to Golden Isles this weekend, and then watching this on TV yesterday, it's hard to believe these two events are considered the same sport. This is exactly why tracks close. There are some good tracks down here, and some great tracks, but unfortunately you see a lot of what we saw at Boyds down here too.

We wer at Golden Isles & went to North Florida yesterday on our way to East Bay. Wow- what a difference! $20 admission to see 10 late models compared to $20 to see the Lucas show at Golden Isles.
It was our first time to North Florida & probably the last.
We drove over to All-Tech to check it out - very large track & it is very apparent the owners are putting a lot of work into the facility. Looking forward to going to the Lucas race after East Bay then on to Volusia for the week. 🏁🏁

Yes there were about 10-12 haulers there that were/had been testing. None were on the track during the 20 minutes we were there. Another big hauler was pulling in as we were leaving.
