Cody has a wealth of race knowledge & is a very-very hard worker. When he worked for Bloomer- He knew his responsibility & Scott didn’t have to worry about those getting done.
As for his personal side: to keep it very short and simple- he is an arragant hot head that doesn’t play well with others. It was difficult to keep constant help around him.
As far as his race knowledge/work ethics he should be an asset to Jimmy- the personal issues- ????
