A major concussion can lead to CTEs. Newman has been racing long enough and been in enough wrecks that it's always a possibility. Even if not, a major concussion is always serious.

Any time there is bleeding around the brain, that's serious stuff.

No clue but I don't just assume he had a specific injury. All I've seen is he was in serious condition and had a head injury. Nothing detailed to what kind of head injury.

I wish I could tell you where I seen it. I'd post it if I knew. It was actually stated as >bleeding in the front of his head. I would assume that is the same as bleeding around the brain. But I'm no Dr., so there's that.
