    But I'm probably wrong.
We're still early into this pandemic and the millions I was saying was if we reached herd immunity with a 1-2% fatality rate.

People don't need to do any of those things either......right?

Or are you just passing more judgment.
Liquor stores, beer stores, wine shops, and weed dispensaries should all be curbside pickup. Golf courses, marinas, and boat launches are less densely populated than a race track is and if they aren't, they should also be closed.

They are curbside here. Minus the pot dispensaries, since that's not legal in Iowa.

                            No, they aren't.......

Don't confuse the emergency declaration allowing bars to sell it to go with the normal retail spirit outlets that I was talking about.....I didn't.

And btw.....have you ever admitted being wrong??? About anything???

You should try it when you are....it's not so bad actually.

I'm not confusing the retail with bars.

Tobacco products, cigarettes, and cigars can be purchased curbside on the premises, but they cannot be mailed, shipped, or otherwise delivered (e.g., cannot be delivered to the consumer’s home). It is federal regulation - not state regulation - that prohibits mailing/shipping/delivery.

Alternative nicotine and vapor products can be sold curbside, and can be mailed, shipped, or otherwise delivered under the conditions listed on the Iowa Department of Revenue's website that can be found here.
Effective through 11:59 p.m. on May 27, class “C” liquor licensees are allowed to sell mixed drinks, (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)tails, and margaritas made on-site for carry-out, curb-side pickup, drive-through, or home delivery. A mixed drink or (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)tail is an alcoholic beverage, composed in whole or in part of alcoholic liquor, that is combined with other alcoholic beverages or nonalcoholic beverages or ingredients including but not limited to ice, water, soft drinks, or flavorings. Draft beer is not a mixed drink or (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)tail, and should therefore be sold in accordance with growler rules and regulations.
Also effective through 11:59 p.m. on May 27, class “C” liquor licensees are allowed to sell alcoholic liquor and wine in original, unopened containers for carry-out, curb-side pickup, drive-through, or home delivery without obtaining an additional license, permit, or privilege. Class “C” liquor licensees already have the authority to sell beer in original, unopened containers for off-premises consumption.
Licensees and permittees authorized to sell alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer in original unopened containers for off-premises consumption may deliver alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer to a home, another licensed premises if there is identical ownership of the premises by the licensee or permittee, or other designated location in this state. Deliveries are limited to alcoholic beverages authorized by the licensee’s or permittee’s license or permit.
See? Alcohol and tobacco can be purchases curbside in Iowa. I wonder if bbqboy is going to admit he was wrong.
