For starters, he was dead serious. Whether or not you choose to live in the alternate reality where he was “trolling reporters” instead of doing his usual word vomit stream of conscious rambling, it’s not debatable that highlighting dangerous, unproven “cures” with life-ending side effects is not a strategy that any public leader should take in a national briefing. It’s the pinnacle of idiocy to do so. There are morons out there who take the President’s word as gospel and act on it. Remember the halfwits that drank aquarium cleaner because the ingredient sounded like the chloroquine? When the chemical companies immediately put out warnings to not do what the President says you know he said something dangerous and idiotic.

Let me tell ya the political parties want you to wear masks everywhere but 1 question. If you go to a Wal Mart or Krogers and have sweat pants on and a hoodie and mask when you rob them how are they gonna know who robbed them? It was the person with the hoodie and sweat pants and the mask on officer. But sir there are hundreds of people like that lol. That's how the conversation will go. Does anyone think?

t3r3e3, they put a warning label on toothpaste as well.

Those warnings are only in place to protect the companies from the dumbshts and the lawyers that take advantage of the situation.

If eldora has 18,000 permanent seats you would think they could let 10,000 people in and spread out without an issue. Not saying the government will let it happen but I would think if they could get some attendance it would be better than zero attendance as far as the money side goes.

To maintain 6 feet distance in all directions (in front, in back, and on the sides) you would have to cut that number down a lot more.

If the elderly and those with underlying conditions self-isolate like they should crowds will not create a burden to hospitals. The mortality rate is less than the flu. Time to go back to normal for those that are healthy. It's common sense people.

I was thinking using hillsides as well... plus you wouldn’t need 6 feet from people you came there with or live with.

Who would give up or be forced to give up their seats?

I guess if they came out and said we are running the dream and all pre sold ticket holders are welcome to come but you will have to sit in a different spot would those people go? I don’t know just trying to think outside the box. I just don’t know if I see them running without any fans at all. A lot of lost revenue. Think a group of 10 guys that go together could all go to 1 persons house for 1 ppv purchase. That’s if they weren’t scared to be around each other lol

If they allow fans I will be there to use my tickets that I already bought.

I said I wasn't going to say anything else in this thread but I'm making an exception for this comment.

Because they (the folks that make Lysol) knew there where going to be people dumb enough to take what he said seriously; when he was obviously being sarcastic!

For all of you Illinois folks - Judge blocks J.B.'s stay at home order extension

A judge in southern Illinois ruled Monday that Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s stay-at-home order to stem the spread of the coronavirus exceeds his emergency authority and violates individual civil rights.
