DOD streaming issues

Can’t get DOD livestream on firestick, phone or DoD app. Keep getting a play button with a line through it after buffering for a minute or so.. help?

I had slow internet before (12dn 2 up), so I gave up on them. Like everyone else, I was bored and wanted to watch some racing. With the added traffic now, mine also wouldn't load last week. Tried again the next night and I made it thru the heats before It got loaded down to much to watch. I suggested to DoD that they need a video less option in their subscription plan. The only reason I subscribe now is Michael grew up across the street from me.

There was some chatter last night on the broadcast about them having some internet issues at the track itself with the race monitor stuff....not sure what if anything that had to do with it.

We have great internet and wifi and rarely see any issues but right at the beginning of the broadcast ours quit streaming for about 5 minutes......after that had no issues for the night.

I will probably jinks my self for saying this ,but
I have the worse internet sever ever.
When it,s at its best I get 10 down and almost 1 up
and I pay $50 a month for it.

Mine timed out a few times last night before I got
connected but it worked great the rest of the night.

I'm old and not very smart but I have learned that I
need to keep the family off of the videos while I,m watching.

With laptop and hdmi cable I get a great picture quality from DOD.

I had the broadcast on all night last night and chromecasted to my tv and it never buffered once.

Im trying to figure out why im a subscriber if they stream all these races for free ….

I use Firefox. Problems a few nights ago. No issues last night.

I had a few issues about halfway through, but everything worked fine after that.

We recently moved and I’m thinking that may be the issue however we moved to a less rural area so I can’t figure out why my internet would be worse. I’ve been able to run iRacing so I’m not sure what’s going on. Try again Saturday I guess!

Mine works great on my pc monitor hooked up wired to cable box but buffers on my large screen / wi fi connection …. I would think its the wi/fi failure …
