Has their relative abilities really changed much since 2015? They are young enough, perhaps. Bobby hasn't gotten worse though. Just his results have.

He got a bunch of attention really quick and with that a lot of demands on his time.....he's a kid, maybe he just wants to be a kid for a minute and isn't really focusing on racing full time right now.
