Its pretty good, but drive a little east to New Baden and try out the Fine Swine. The Burnt End here in Red Bud is pretty good also.

Wagyu is very expensive to be using for brisket.....it's great and all, but prime cooked right will melt in your mouth also.
And then you can have cash leftover for some good beers, sides , dessert and breakfast the next morning.

Wagyu IMO is best grilled medium rare as a steak..
