This morning I got a phone call saying that my father had taken a turn for the worse, and lost his battle with cancer that he has been diagnosed with a little less than a month ago. He was a life long race fan, and basically where ever he was, I was. Not only did I lose my best friend, I lost my father.

I realize this place is kind of crazy at times, but we are a big racing family, and we lost a good one in him.

Very sorry and saddened to hear this z. I lost mine 18 years ago, but we did get to go to a lot of races before the end. Fathers and Mothers can be the most important people in your life. Someday hopefully you will be together again.
