You could be right, but the car counts the last few years haven't been what they used to be either. I think there was only 5 or so guys planning on running the whole thing and that was only if they were doing well enough to continue. I think there are just way more options for drivers today than there used to be. Not to mention, the purses have not increased......Originally posted by Highside Hustler25 View PostI have a feeling this tour is gonna end soon and not because of carcounts.
They'll prolly fall to the kung flu before long.

Yep. I believe Michigan and probably Oakshade get canned. I don't see Jacksonville happening either. Kankakee may be the last race....that is unless Pritzker manages to get the Darren Bailey court ruling overturned before then.Originally posted by Highside Hustler25 View PostI have a feeling this tour is gonna end soon and not because of carcounts.Opinions are my own. Not saying some of these things can’t happen but don’t see Moberly as an indicator. Sunday night and Lucas at Wheatland although I don’t see many crossover cars between the two. Springfield this coming Thursday will draw more, weather permitting. I’m guessing 24 with half of them being non SN regulars.I hate time trials.

Springfield is usually very racy. They don't have a lot of major events, but in my mind, it is a hidden gem.
Lake Ozark Speedway is usually pretty good as well.
Personally, I would be hitting both of those shows, if the Silver Dollar Nationals was not going on this week (Wed-Sat).Last edited by fryefan; 07-20-2020, 10:00 PM.

Yeah that broke my heart to see. I feel terrible for track promoter/family. They deserved better from the summer nationals
