Pennsboro32, Do you have any info on Butler, Tri-City, or Thunderbird dates? Or any more info why Oakshade canceled?

Due to the restrictions in place for the State Of Ohio unfortunately our Birthday Race/Summer National race is canceled for the 2020 season. With the complaints and pictures sent weekly to our heath department about not social distancing, when we haven’t even been to half capacity there is no way we would be able to hold the event. Thank you for your understanding.

People go there just to take a picture and tattle tale rather than going to races and enjoying them. I can't imagine these are regular race fans.

There not race fans. There only there to get places shut down. It's not just race tracks this is happening to.
Health departments have hired extra help just to police business. For not following guidelines. That's why extra caution needs to be taken by every one involved

There's undercover operatives that follow around specifically just republican politicians waiting for that moment to get a picture of them doing something in the wrong. IE the one where Ted Cruz wasn't wearing a mask on the plane a month ago

                Thanks for the reply 153J.

Looking at other races and schedules, ASCS Sprints today canceled race date (8/28) at I-96 due to “restrictions” --- Now then, I don’t see the Michigan SN dates happening either.

This sucks. Love the 3 wide racing all the way around at Oakshade.

3 wide at Merritt is one car in the infield, one car on the track and one car over the banking.

I-96 is in a different boat then the rest of the state. They over sold their first show of the year and pissed off the local health department. The rest of the tracks have been racing every weekend since the first of June. I know Merritt has been working closely with their local health department to insure they can race every weekend.
