I feel like the only reason Moyer Jr got in was so his dad would come. IMO....he’s never done anything at Eldora let alone his stats for the past few years have been far from stellar.

Maybe I missed something, but what was the point of the selection show? Pretty much knew the outcome before it started. I swear the DoD founder guy just likes to be on tv a lot.🙄

why would they even put GR Smith in the fan voting. I can think of at lest 20 other regional drivers who deserve to be given a chance than that idiot.

I agree tsand. I can’t remember the last time G.R. has won a feature race. Regional driver from the same area, Michael Brown, would have made a better pick than him. Even Rambo.

Tsand - How many of those driver would actually make the tow there to Eldora if the where selected via the fan vote. I’m sure that’s something the track took into consideration.

You can make a case that almost every fan vote driver deserves in before Jeep and Matt Miller.

What about a regional driver having a great season like Dustin Mitchell instead of some of these guys that haven't raced even 5 times yet this year?
