You're correct, the fella in Mooresburg has nothing to worry about. Why should he, even he knows he's not even in the same universe with Larson so the comparison is meaningless.

The difference is this: Larson has won races, and several were crown jewel wins, in everything he's ever driven on dirt and now that INCLUDES dirt late models. The fella in Mooresburg has never won driving anything but a dirt late model or a UMP style modified. In fact he looked less than ordinary in most of his endeavors on dirt outside of his comfort zone of DLM's and modified's. Those endeavors include looking very bad in an ARCA car and a NASCAR truck on dirt and he tried The Chili Bowl a couple of times and left Tulsa with his proverbial tail between his legs both times.
