Jimmy was already a first ballot HOFer, so this title just adds to his legacy, IMO. I’ll always think of the 2020 title as the clean air championship. When he started on the front row and got the lead, he was nearly impossible to beat. When he didn’t start up front, or encountered lap traffic while leading, he became very average. He dominated qualifying the first half of the schedule. That played a big part in his championship.
