I don’t think he knew he’d been DQed yet in the interview. The guy interviewing said along the lines it must still feel good to come home 2nd in the national 100.

On the race track, absolutely, still can’t lay a hand on him. Common sense, he’s 15, once he’s 18, I’m sure he’ll have debt collectors show up. Wouldn’t be worth the lawsuit or jail time.

Assault is assault, in some state the age of the victims doesn't matter, it's still a crime.
