You sound like the guys that added fuel stops to races that didn't need them before. If an animal evolves useless traits in the wild, it dies. The world doesn't change to save it.Originally posted by kipling View PostWhy do we run 100 lap races if we don't have tires that will last that long? because the promoters at Cherokee have no respect for the drivers anymore. Aske the touring guys how they feel about the facility.Originally posted by kipling View PostWhy do we run 100 lap races if we don't have tires that will last that long? Do you know what tire everyone ran?Originally posted by TeNfOMaFiA69 View PostDid you even watch the race? Or are you always this clueless?
I know back in the late 90s, when the national 100 was still a big deal, strategy was to run a tire that could not make it, to avoid getting lapped.Modern Day Spec Wedge Racing

He's just clearly trolling.
People are inhaling too much tire prep if they think a tire can consistently last 100 laps. With the exception of Rocket1 🤔🤭Last edited by NeedforLMspeed; 11-23-2020, 11:44 AM.2020 race count:

Yet other tracks across the country run 100 lap races and no one bats an eye. It was a Carolina Clash sanctioned race if I remember correctly, so what exactly does the opinions of touring guys have to do with anything?Originally posted by oleman View Postbecause the promoters at Cherokee have no respect for the drivers anymore.
