Josh Richards, Brandon Shepherd?Different generations, different styles of racing, different cars, different tracks, different conditions, etc.Instead of trying to decide who is the best, maybe we should try for the Top 5 or Top 10?And who is the next person in line to challenge for the title of the Best of All Time? But best of all it makes for a great debate and discussion.

I’ve never seen one of these threads before. I think a Bloomquist vs Moyer debate is mute. I think they are equals, I do.

We can debate Purvis all day long, he went asphalt racing, have no idea. Other than Scott started figuring out where he was racing and went there, because he felt Jeff was the best. And did start beating him.

I think it’d have been a great rivalry, Moyer, Bloomer, Purvis, but we will never know.

Well said CnB. That's why calling someone the GOAT is ridiculous discussion because their is no way to calculate all the different scenarios over the years on who would be the GOAT.
