Is anyone on either of the national tours still running a Pro Power engine? They used to power so many cars on tour but now you rarely see them.

Tmac switched in the later part of 2019. He was struggling (by his standards)before switching. If I remember correctly, I think he started running Cornett engines? He ran better late that year after switching, but I don't know if that's all he changed.Originally posted by Highside Hustler25 View PostTmac did. Not sure about this year.
I believe Heckenast mentioned Pro power in one of his interviews this week.

I don't remember if it was last year or the year before but someone told me it was a 3-4 month wait for a Clements2021 race count

Pierce had Vic Hill engines this week, I dont know what he had in Arizona. He did run pro power stuff a couple years ago.
There were several in the pit area this week, just not many in touring guys that I can remember.
Feger used them last yearLast edited by zyoung25; 01-31-2021, 04:35 PM.

I think Andy was arrested a couple years ago so maybe that hurt his business. Just speculation.Originally posted by PAbigbear View PostSeems like Clements and Cornett are the hot thing now. What happened to Durham that everyone and their brother wanted 2 years ago and now are basically irrelevant on the national tours?

Durham has spent the most of his time recently developing the sprint car 400ci engine for Ford and Tony Stewart. Shepp, T Erb , Shirley and I think Heckenast still running them, may be others.Last edited by bleedblue55; 02-01-2021, 06:36 AM.

Dennis Erb Jr. hasn't been with Pro Power for a while. Last Time I talk to him he was using either Vic Hill or Clements engines and that was last year.Nathan Stephens
