I’ve been to Modoc a dozen or so times, but this was the best race I’ve seen there. I’m sure we’re biased because he’s one of our local guys and we’ve been watching him for a long time, but IMO there’s not a more talented driver in the country than Brandon Overton. We’ve seen him do it time and time again, but his patience is amazing. And he is so clean. I loved Ross Bailes’ post-race interview. I know these guys don’t like to admit it, but he just flat came out and said Brandon took him to school. That was pretty classy for him to say that.
