Bristol Spoilers

I saw some pictures from Bristol today, and it looks like they've got the spoilers laid nearly flat. I've never noticed this before. Is this just because of the speed?
Are they raising them for the race?
I thought they had fixed angles on them, but I guess not.

Most are adjustable. They create so much drag that they would limit top speed at a place where you are going 140 mph.
