I'd say it was a mixed bag. A couple of nights at East Bay were the ugliest thing I'd ever seen. He looked good at Volusia, but according to engine worshipers, that was all Vic Hill.

Back at Arizona Speedway, a place he has ran excellent in the past, he spent half the time bouncing his frame off the track. He was good there at times, but not consistent at all.

Newport Nightmare better hope he comes back to his team, defending champ is currently sitting a distant 14th in points. Not a big Mallory fan, but nobody can deny the impact he made with Owens last year, especially compared to results this year.
