Yes. Dirt-on-Dirt has a nice article about his cutting back on racing and spending more time with his kids. Also, he switched jobs to better support his family.

Looney was a heckuva surprise last year. Drove a great race, and he ran really well all last year. I saw him and Logan Martin smoothly carve through a field of B Mods on a slick-as-ice track at ArkLaTex several years ago, and I knew they'd be successful.
