If you could resurrect any dirt track from the dead, which would it be?

By far and hands downs Barren County Speedway (Glasgow, Kentucky)

Around 1980 when Polleck and Bull promoted the place it had the best racing I've ever seen.
That was before new owners ruined the track surface and even wound up cuting away the highbanks near the end. Now it is completely gone.
If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention!

I’m going to stick with my home state and start by agreeing with others about Barren County. I loved that little joint. But my top two would be Bluestone and Frankfort. Because those were the first tracks I attended when I was little. I know they weren’t jewels, but other than knowing I was there numerous times, I have no memory of them. I knew the names of the drivers though, and a lot of them are in the DLM HOF now.

Ascot Park in Gardena, California, that place was epic, best dirt surface I have ever seem on a consistent basis. Ran Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

                              Repeat........Ascot Park!
