it was never long term for hud and it was obvious neither party was happy the last combo, its not like its the big frog ride. Hughes is a wheelman and this is a good opportunity for him

I’m very familiar with Spencer Hughes since he’s from down my way but I’m in the dark on who PCC is. Somebody that knows about them please give me a rundown on the operation.

PCC is the Indiana team owned by Craig Sims. Hudson O’Neal drove for them last year, and Kyle Strickler briefly here recently. I think Spencer Hughes will be a great fit for PCC. This kid would be a great fit for any team. He’s a rising star.

I am pretty sure that Spencer is grateful for the opportunity to run for the PCC team and will not be asking Mr. Sims to buy a Capitol because that is the only brand of chassis that he has ever driven while racing a DLM.
