That wasn't driving over his head. That could happen to a lot of driver that run the top. He simply tag the wall in turn 1 spun and Feger got into him and over he went. Tagging the wall on the high side. It happens quite a bit there. Witnessed it plenty of times over the years. Stuff Happens.
