How were points distributed for the prelim night? The lineups posted for tonight's heat races seem a little strange to me.

I had seen a picture of the points after Wednesday, but can’t seem to find it. If I recall correctly is was 100 for fast time, 200 for heat win, and 300 for feature win. Which sounds right considering Overton is sitting at 600 after last night.

Hard to believe Jimmy Owens is that far up in points. I don't think he was in the cameras view once.

My complaint is Babb being down that far. He won his heat and ran 2nd in the feature. I know he didn't qualify great (12th IIRC), but that seems odd.

He was fast time in his group, 3rd in his heat, 7th in the feature. If the points are the same as previous years, it’s only a couple point difference between positions. So not that hard for him to be up there.

My complaint is Babb being down that far. He won his heat and ran 2nd in the feature. I know he didn't qualify great (12th IIRC), but that seems odd.

Babb is in 12th for points at 560. Like I said, there isn’t very much difference in points between positions, and the numbers they used are pretty high so it makes them look disproportionate.
