Davenport better hope for a miracle if not they might not even get 24 cars. As it stands right now there is only 20 cars that have it on their schedule. If they get to 24 it will be because of local guys showing up and local is Iowa and Illinois drivers.

I would be surprised if there is not at least 25 cars there, but even if there were only 20 cars, that would be more than enough to have a good show on the racey 1/4 mile at Davenport.

Is 3 nights of racing too much since there's a tire shortage? Seems like it would eventually trickle down even more to future events down the road making it even more tougher to get them.

It is a World of Outlaw SLM race. It would be foolish to not go to the 3 day event. If I did not have to work , I would be there in a heartbeat. The racing will be thrilling and there will be ample time to talk to the drivers. The drivers will not be packing up and going home after each race is complete.
