I may be getting to old for technology

for the life of me I can't figure out how to cancel my subscription

the cancel subscription button just refreshes the account page with the message
"Invalid JWT token"

I'm using the same device I created my account with

I've emailed , contacted , whatever with no response

I'm lost

The only thing I know to do is contact James Essex. He helped get all my problems sorted out, every other email I was told to contact didn't help a bit.
