Just picked up a new phone and it tells me the DoD app is no longer active. Well that sucks!

Have you solved this issue yet? What is your mobile operator? I just finished reading these feedbacks on Safelink Wireless safelink-wireless.pissedconsumer.com , I think changing the providing company can lead to the temporary glitches like yours.
