Why Is Longhorn So Dominant?

The longhorns have clearly been a little ahead this year and maybe the rockets are to ridged but it seems longhorn have become the new mbh(MasterSbilt by huey) their only good for a little while and then you need a new one. I don't know how many times I've heard (yeah this is a brand new car) in victory lane this year. Personally I think Overton doesn't count as a longhorn car. He's in a league of his own right now and it wouldn't matter what chassis he's in. The large majority of the longhorns running well on the national and regional level are on bilstiens.

McCreadie and Davenport are probably doing some testing. So it could be a complete new car because they’re trying something different. Nobody on the regional level will See any of that technology for another year or two. If they even release it

Is the Droop Rule only checked for at WoO shows or Dirtcar and UMP as well? Just wondering if that is having any affect on the WoO guys being competitive when going to non-Droop races.

The world 100 is a Dirtcar event. They check there. Do they check at every Summer National event? I don't know. The racers have made a joke of that rule. Guys who run with that rule just let their rr drop now. So it forced people to hack out their rr undertail and tune their rr shock different.

in the world the top guys are in its easier to just build a new car and sell the old one because of time, they aren't going to waste time trying to figure out if the car has been tweaked or a shock is bad or what ever, if its all new and checked so can't be the car (not always true, a new car can have a bug or two )
then they have time to research and put on a jig, check all the parts, and see whats going on
these guys can't afford to lose 4-5 races or more, I've also seen them tear the entire car down and put on all new parts, just not feasible for the weekend warrior

I’m no expert, but the Longhorn cars go thru the turns without sliding much at all. That’s a hell of an advantage.
