Many comments from the crate teams last week, that Eastbay will not be sold, announcement forthcoming! One source I saw, is very, very credible!

I read somewhere back late in the fall that mosaic was in trouble with EPA over so many millions of gallons of contaminates had leaked into Tampa Bay in the spring of last year.

I don't know how much truth there was to it though.

So I spoke to al last night. They're in the process of closing the deal right now in November 2024. They will race up until June of 2024 before they start tearing down everything. This is straight from his mouth.
