As Terbo said tonight this isn't the East Bay that the fans came to see. I am thinking they didn't put as much water on it today because of all the rain yesterday but it wasn't as racy last year either. Seems it used to carry some tack all the way through the end of the night, I wonder if the drying iout has to do with having so many cars, softer tires or both?

The track did seem better last week when they were running ump mods/crate lates most nights, but it still didn’t seem to be as good as what EB has been the last few years. It’s been really bottom dominant most nights this year, but a bad EB is still better than a good volusia lol.

First half of week was awesome last year. Second half was terrible. Track had moisture yesterday. Still has the rubber on it too.Originally posted by LM1M View PostAs Terbo said tonight this isn't the East Bay that the fans came to see. I'd push those infield tires out about 5 ft on the corners, it'd make the top more competitive to run.

I was at East Bay last night. I thought the surface, and the racing, was outstanding. They were using every inch of the track from top to bottom. I don’t know how it could any better than that, other than getting rid of all the aero downforce of the cars.
