I'm in the same ballpark as Bayko and Pennsboro — 90-100 cars. There just aren’t enough Supers to realistically draw more than that. What we don’t know is, what impact having it on a Wednesday/Thursday will have. To my knowledge, this is the first ever DLM crown jewel held on a weekday night. Obviously all the national stars and most regional studs will be there. That takes up the first 60-70 spots. That also covers any driver with a chance to win. The rest are just playing the lottery. How many are willing to risk the equipment damage/motor wear/tires/fuel, etc., for a lottery ticket? I think that will determine the number of overall entries.

With the number of entries that are definitely considered longshots to win tell me lm racing isn't as bad off as some may think. It would be cool to see one of those longshots pull off a miracle but with the quality cars that will be in attendance, chances are slim to none.8/13/16

I just hope this one of the best super late model shows we all have seen in the last 5-10 years.
I've seen a number of guys in the last week or so say if I can get tires we might be there so we will see who all shows up to the MILLION and gives them self a chance to put it into the show.Nathan Stephens

Steve Smith needed about 2 more laps to pull off a major upset at the original Million!
Wouldn’t that have been a Cinderella story?
