We don't know exactly what their concept of "good shape" is though. Hopefully not a dryslick skating rink, if so fewer cars will be competitive. And the nasty slide jobs will be at a premium.

Takes a big man to admit some mistakes and fix what's wrong. Great to see Tony Stewart took notice of the track surface being in not so great of shape and doing what it takes to fix it.
