I apologize if anyone took my comment literally. My post was for flyboy. Instead of all of his wins, I should’ve said 98%. Or 95%. Whatever the actual number is. Point being, it was hyperbole. Exaggeration? Barely. Anyway, it’s a comment that if made about any other top driver in the country, wouldn’t have been noticed. But on this site, when this driver is mentioned — especially if something positive is said about him — the same poster gets his panties in a bunch. He’s probably posted 50 times in this thread alone. Same as any time Bobby Pierce is mentioned. Add that up and he’s probably posted 1000 times in Bobby Pierce threads. It’s a weird fascination, going back to when BP was a kid. BP isn’t even my favorite driver. Not even top five. But he’s one of a couple dozen drivers I’d gladly pay money to watch in person, or on TV. Every single time.

BBQ I always say you can't live without water and yet it can be so, destructive. I realize it was very very windy as well and both are very destructive.

I hope we can keep it that way as far as disagreeing but, remaining civil with onw another. It is refreshing. CIRF and I could do that. I tried sending him another message but, no response.

We were very lucky this time KR, we’ve been through and in a bunch of them…..this was pretty mild for us considering the damage it did elsewhere.

It’s nice to be able to disagree and still be friendly, very refreshing.

Bobby raced a lot of weekly shows when he started out. Trust me. I was there for a lot of them. Doesn't take anything from his accomplishments. Just proves his nuthugger fan is delusional.

It is what it is. We can stretch the truth but, where does that really get us in the end.

We turned out good , some of our friends closer to the water not so much……..I understand stretching the truth and embellishing because of being a fan…..you see things through fans eyes, I totally get that because I’m the same way to a point about my favorite.
But just to be a fanboi and make up crap you can’t back up is just being a blowhard with a Bobby blow up doll……..everyone knows the type and nobody wonders why.
