JD has changed his plans. Pretty lame being he had it on his schedule for weeks. Oh well, he looked not
Great here last month. Plenty of other good cars coming.

It was until yesterday. He’s apparently hurt, or very sore. Oh well. Headed to track soon to see who’s all here.

Next on his schedule is the Dream conclusion. He was listing Davenport and Port Royal until yesterday as someone said. Time shall tell but as he'll restart from 21st in the Dream...it's anybody's guess.

He's going to Port Royal this weekend.

From the WoO feed, looks like a number of regional teams signed in that aren't already on the list.Tim Simpson, Chad Finley, Kye Blight, Mike Guldenpfennig, Jeff Larson

Can someone please tell me why JD scrubbed this weekend from his schedule to run Port Royal? No offense to PR, but they don’t offer the racing Davenport does. So sick of seeing these drivers shy away from a track that isn’t a hard slick POS, no cushion, start from the front track. I’m from Iowa so I’m biased, but for facks sake. Pony up, take your (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) aero dependent dry slick POs set up and come run on a track that’s hammer down from green to checkers.

Pretty simple, he’s in the money winning business and they’re paying $50,000 to win at Port. You sound like a child

Umm. Port Royal is in the top 5 raciest tracks in the country.

For me Davenport’s decision to go to Port Royal instead of Davenport is pretty simple:
                          1. His current set up has him excelling at the bigger/high speed tracks rather than the bullrings.
                          2. Port Royal will be better preparation for Eldora than Davenport.
                          3. 2 nights at Port Royal with potential $ of 55k compared to 3 nights at Davenport for potential 50k.
                          4. 125 miles closer to the teams shop in Kentucky.
(Looked at Davenport’s schedule- shows him off next weekend)

Definitely #'s 1 and 2 Fox. He'll probably be more dominant at PR than he was at Florence.
I was scratching my head when earlier posts had him heading to Iowa.

It's pretty simple whey JD would choose Port Royal. His type of track, he usually starts up front, it pays a lot money. So he will start up front on his type of track and have a good chance at winning a lot of money.

I hope someone can dethrone him at Eldora. He likely doesn't win the dream, but the world is his to lose.
