At least cars built for him, I hear he has tested other rockets and been a lot faster in other folks cars than his own. I also am going to guess Moran to Best. Moran didn't like the move away from family and friends when he went to Dunn Benson. Just a hunch that it's Best since they're both based out of Ohio.

Rocket has two jigs one for repairs and one that every car is built on and the same guy has welded every rocket chassis ever built.
