The bridge got dammed up and diverted water around it. I mean...might have been 15 feet of water and wouldn't have mattered. WV floods. Nothing can be done.

If everything I’ve heard about the fair board is true they will find a way to screw it up anyway……I don’t ever see it happening. Hope I’m wrong because I will be one of the first ones in line to see the inaugural event.

My friend that lives in the region ( giant Doris wisecarver fan) has nothing but contempt for that board……not sure how they operate today, but it was very boss hoggish in terms of local shenanigans to hear him tell it.
