If true this would be one of the biggest stories in recent years. I don’t know if it’s a good thing or not. Do we want Late Models to turn into the NASCAR of dirt racing? It’s bad enough they race like he the old wedge cars on the bigger tracksComment

Lucas does their manufacturing in Indiana, west of Louisville. Not sure where they're setting up their corporate HQ. They have the naming rights on the Colts stadium so the good folks in Indiana won't be strangers to the brand/company.
