Did anyone ever hear the reason that is went away?
I thought it was cool having a little winter series, I guess it was made so they could have some winter content for dirt vision. I went to a few of them at Bulls Gap, Lavonia and Gaffney. I thought they had pretty decent fields with good regional talent and enough tickets sold that I can’t imagine they were losing money on the deal.. Even if Drydene pulled sponsorship, I’d still think front and back gate money would’ve been enough to keep it going. Most of the races only paid $5,000 to win
