I was so glad to see this morning where Payton Freeman HAS parted ways with G.R. Smith and will be back in the family F1 very soon. I started watching him last summer on the Summer Nationals tour and became a big fan. He represented himself very well and showed a lot of class. He tore up some equipment, but learned some lessons and grew up quite a bit. I was actually disappointed when I heard that he was going to drive for G.R. back last fall. G.R.'s deals never seem to work out good for anyone.

Got to see Freeman run really well in Summernationals at Peoria and Davenport. Hope to see him back in Midwest. Lots of racing in Iowa and Illinois this year. Can’t wait.
