It appears that the race was yet another Longhorn stampede at the front of the herd ? I was expecting a better showing from the Rocket 1 team. I guess they are done riding the wave from that $20,000 race that they won due to a lucky tire selection?Last edited by Raceready; 04-06-2023, 10:24 PM.

Place was jammed packed and standing room only is an understatement.
My question is: who and why gave Busch and Briscoe provisionals?
In my opinion-very bad business publicity for Track, Larson or Flo whoever made that call. Everyone else had to race their way in. 21 teams didn’t make the race and I would expect some hard feelings over this one.
For those that remember: when the late models first went to Knoxville-Tony Stewart and a couple others were guaranteed starting spots because they were NASCAR. Eventually the teams and dr

This isn’t zlucsd oul, WOzo or any series that has points provisionals.
So I guess someone guaranteed them to be in the race just because they are NASCAR drivers?
I don’t think that’s right -so go ahead and bash me as you see fit.

Longhorns had 3 in the top 9 (I Believe?)... I have a hard time calling that a stampede.
