Please help

I am trying to attach picture to a post. I click attachments, then manage attachments, select a photo and click upload. I see my photo now listed next to attachments. But I can’t figure out how to attach it to post

The IMG HTML thing works with pics that are already online, like this one of Mark Richards getting put in his place by a man.

I resized the pic in paint to fit the offered Perimeters, and then it posted as a thumbnail. How'd you get it to show outright?

I right clicked on your photo and then clicked on copy image address, then I pasted it to my post and added [img] at the front of the address and [/img] at the end of it. It's hard to explain on here but if you have questions just let me know, we can work it out.
