I've attended races at 31 of them. Got rained out at a couple of others. Some really good ones that have closed sorry to say.

I've been to 20 of those tracks, so that not very many I guess.

I've attended 26. Racenut, that's a impressive #. With your knowledge of dirt lates, it doesn't surprise me.
I didn't see Bureau Co. on the list. I thought they raced there back in the day.

Marshfield, WI flipped to pavement not too long after they hosted the SN race in the mid 90s. Track is still active as a paved track.

Hales Corners no longer exists. It is a Menards.

I love that track list. Too cool. Another one of my faves:

                    All time Summernat’s Wins.

                    1) Shannon Babb - 101
                    2) Billy Moyer - 100
                    3) Bobby Pierce Jr - 49
                    4) Brian Shirley - 41
                    5) Don O’Neal - 39
                    6) Scott Bloomquist - 28
                    7) Brandon Sheppard - 27
                    8) Jason Feger - 26
                    9) Dennis Erb Jr - 25
                    10) Rick Auckland - 23

I've had the privilege of racing at 35 on the list (not necessarily for a SN race), of which 8 are no longer in action. There's at least a couple more in Illinois I'd like to get to before all is said and done. A great part of the country to be in for dirt track racing!

Thanks for starting a "look back" thread, HDF. And for giving props to Dan the Race Nut. Amazing statistics. Great comments by everyone and many great memories.

No problem. I use to look at the Midwest Dirt Track Facts website quite bit because it also had current and previous UMP Summer Nationals results and Dan had a page list of Late Model, Sprint Car, & Modified drivers that had websites. I’d go see where drivers decided to race each weekend.
