We will be there. Can’t wait. It is horrible that this is the last big event at the speedway

There is another big event, Oct 12-14 of 2024 is the true finale.

The mine company has not exercised the option to purchase the track property. Don’t think they can get the permits they need after getting into trouble with the EPA.
Future of East Bay Raceway is still uncertain.

I am excited for this event, but the real question is will that be the true finale?

I'm pretty sure as far as current management is concerned, it is the end.

^^ I think you are correct. Mr. Varnadore (Jr.) will be 65 and has purchased property in Georgia to be near his grandchildren.

This place is every bit as legendary as pennsboro….sorry guys, but it is.

Hopefully mosaic ( or whatever they are called these days)will never ever get a permit to do anything.
